EVERY CLASS IS HELD ON THE PATIO OF THE HOME OF MONICA, AND IN THIS AUTHENTIC MEXICAN ENVIRONMENT, SHADED OPEN AIR CLASSROOM, STUDENTS ARE EXPOSED TO THE REAL TRADITIONAL COOKING STYLES OF MEXICAN FAMILIES.   STUDENTS ARE SERVED REFRESHING BEVERAGES (AGUA FRESCA DE JAMAICA, AGUA FRESCA DE TAMARINDO) THAT ARE TRADITIONAL IN THIS AREA AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.
